So the last time I blogged it was around Easter and that is where I will begin. We were invited to spend Good Friday with the Dipple Family (brother-in-law to be's family) in La Grange for a HUGE fish fry & crawdad boil!! We had such a great time and I got to peel crawdad's for the first time and I LOVED IT!!! Then we spent Easter early with Mark's parents before heading back to San Antonio to celebrate with my family. We had a blast with my family too!!! Joseph got to participate in his first Easter egg hunt and "cazcarone" party. At both Easter Celebrations there was a lot to eat and boy did we eat. The diet started Easter Monday. :)
After that we just got back to work and ended the Rampage's season (AHL Hockey Team with SS&E) and then got ready for the Spurs Playoff Run. If anyone is following the Playoffs you know that we are down 3-1 against Dallas right now.
So that brings you up to date with what has been happening for now. The Spurs are playing now and hopefully we win and get to the next round, that will be hard because we have to win the next three games (counting tonight's game.)
Oh, and I finally gave in and joined the latest phenomenon, Facebook. Yes, I have a Facebook and already have over 30 friends. So if you are on Facebook please feel free to add me, look for Veronica G. Ulrich. (I will comment later on the whole "Swine Flu" that is happening just up the road from us.)
